Yes. First of all, please get in touch and discuss your case with us. After reviewing the background of your case and understanding your needs, we will issue an investigation proposal for your consideration.

Once you have made up your mind, you just need to sign the engagement agreement and pay a small deposit to commence the investigation.

Each case is very different but we have a complete fee schedule so that you can plan your budget ahead. We suggest that you contact us now to obtain our best advice.

We just need the least details to verify your identity to protect the legitimacy of our work. And please be assured that your personal information will be kept strictly confidential.

FIDES' investigation services will be conducted in a discreet manner. All given information will be handled with utmost care and kept strictly confidential. Our findings will not be disclosed to any third party throughout and after the investigations without the permission from our client.

If a conflict of interest is found at any time during the investigation, in our advice, we would no longer investigate your case and that all information (provided by the Client and collected by FIDES) related to the case be destroyed.

You will receive 1 set of written report with a DVD containing footage taken during the investigation and photos captured from the footage. We will ensure all the documentation are professionally presented and admissible in court.

A final invoice showing the balance and due date will be sent to you once the investigation is completed. Normally, the report together with the relevant footage and photos will be delivered in 2-3 working days once the final payment is fully settled.

We will keep you updated on the progress during the surveillance and some photos will be sent to you at appropriate times. If any important findings are identified, we will alert you as soon as possible.
